Society and ethnopolitics: specificity of the Siberian Federal District

Based on the author's concept of the ethnopolitical processes, which is formed on the principles of neo-instrumentalism, an attempt is made to reveal the specificity of ethnopolitics and ethnopolitical processes in the Siberian Federal District. This work is one of the first attempts at the systematic determination of the substance, distinctions and developing tendencies in the ethnopolitics and ethnopolitical processes in Siberia
