Given clause is devoted to creation of algorithm of design procedures of payments under the credit and the leasing, the correcting factors constructed on application, both at credit, and at leasing forms of financing. Use of the given algorithms will allow to analyze variants of financing by means of leasing and bank schemes and to correct most expedient of them.
