The Specific of image creation in Japanese art

The main idea of the present is that Japanese cultural traditions are characterized by particular type of images, which corresponds to the images of dreams. It determines specific artistic methods of image in Japanese culture, which, on the one hand, make the perception of Japanese art for people of other cultures difficult, and, on the other hand, by their unique fascinate even those, who are not yet familiar with the peculiarities of Japanese mentality. The specific of image genesis is illustrated on the material of medieval Japanese literature, and modern animation, on the basis of the theory of poetical and theatrical creation.
