The moral content and potential of pedagogical activity in modern terms of the cultural crisis and devaluation of education is analysed in this article. The update of the moral content of pedagogical activity as formation of the professional focus on love and responsibility is investigated as necessary for the implementation of the humanistic paradigm of education
