Dialogic character of cultures as an essential condition for its understanding
In the article the questions connected with problems of understanding of cultures are considered. The interaction maintenance is presented in the mechanism of dialogue of cultures. In turn, the understanding phenomenon is impossible without considering the questions connected with the definition of the concept «value».
