Management and realization of the monitoring process of regional innovation strategy (case of Tomsk region)
In the article the monitoring process of regional innovation strategy is described and the targets and tasks of the monitoring are defined. The main stages of Tomsk region innovation strategy monitoring are defined and their specific features are characterized. The conflict between the production of main industry sectors and Russian statistic data is found out and analysed. The goals of questionnaire are formulated and the rules of its composition are proposed
