Land issue in economic theory. Interpretation of ground rent in modern practice
Land as one of the basic economic resources and production factors requires a careful and comprehensive analysis. In the article the development of the theory of ground rent for the last two centuries is investigated, its analysis is carried out to form the complex land policy in modern Russia.
