Alexis de Tocqueville about the Old order monarchy (in the context of the historical prerequisites of the Great Frenchrevolution)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the historical ideas of Alexis de Tocqueville, a well-known historian of the first half of the XIX century. He considered the Great French revolution concepts and prerequisites to have been also laid in the shortsighted French absolute politics. The analysis is given in parallel with the phenomenon assessment by modern French researcher F. Furet
