CFSP: testing by the East
The article covers the main stages of Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) Development as a basis for European integration. The author analyses the effect of the EU expansion policy on the CFSP capacity. The article gives main factors determining the foreign policy in Central and East European countries that affect their foreign policy implementation and the CFSP functioning in general
