The improvement of the donation realisation mechanism as an additional source to support the sphere of education

Being an additional source of the resource support, the charitable endowments have an important meaning to promote the development of the educational system because under the market conditions the state is not able to provide such a non-profitable area as education with the worthy and stable development. The target capital funds as the mechanism of the system and long-term donation is the most prospective way to develop such an area.
