The leaf-rolling weevils (Coleoptera: Rhynchytidae, Attelabidae) from the Jewish autonomous region
27 species of the leaf-rolling weevils have been revealed in the fauna of the Jewish autonomous region. 11 species are revealed for the first time. For Neoeugnamptus amurensis new trophic communications are established. The fauna of the Jewish autonomous region is close to the faunae of the Amur region and Khabarovsk territory. The East Asian species dominate in the fauna. More than half of species develop in young sprouts. There are a few more species, which roll-leave than the species used other substrata for eggs laying. The greatest number of species of the leaf-rolling weevils is connected with an oak.
