Basic models of organisation of stock markets recording system as a foundation of professional participants service

There are two basic models of organisation of stock markets recording system in the foundation of professional participants service. Basic model № 2 supplies the largest list of services for stockowners and lowers their transaction costs and risks. This article reviews the usage of these basic models in the Russian Federation.
