System of end-to-end monitoring of programs of social and economic development of territory realisation

Estimation of programs of development is a condition of the increasing quality and efficiency of territory management. The article considers the methods of estimation of the programs of the local economic development based on the end-to-end integrated approach. The estimation is conducted from the standpoint of the external and internal consensus of the programs of various levels.
