The problem of correlation of moral and legal fields in Russian philosophy in 19 and 20 centuries

The paper deals with the problem of negativeattitude to law in Russia. On the basis of the distinctive features of Russian law philosophy, it is said about the archetype character of the referred phenomenon. The author reveals cultural relationship between different doctrines in Russian law philosophy (legal, cultural, moral) in historical-philosophical aspect.
