Special basis for indemnity in the legislation of Russia during the period of establishment and developmentof capitalism (1861-1917)
This article represents historical and legal analysis of special basis for criminal responsibility release in the legislation of Russia in the period of establishment and development of capitalism (1861-1917). The author investigates interconnection of the former norms of legislation with the modern ones of Russian criminal legislation on special basis for indemnity.
