Multiplicity of national economies equilibriums: stimuli of wealth and poverty

In the article problems of historical path dependence of increasing returns national economies are analysed. Special attention is paid to the economic subjects' ranking of the importance priorities of national well-being growth of developing economies. Economic stimuli are offered and are analysed in detail during the realization of poverty overcoming programs in weak economies.
