"Civil Society" notion in statements of Russian officials: poststructuralist discourse analysis
The article focuses on contextualising poststructuralist discourse analysis in political science, and presents a case study of «civil society» in statements of Russian officials; the case study demonstrates the capability of methodology to be applied in productive research of textual material with conscious excluding actors' motivation from the analysis. Its application supplements the conclusions obtained using other methods, thus, being in line with the theoretical and methodological pluralism characteristic of political science
