Topology of city life
This article is devoted to the problem of definition of the essence of a city. It is offered to look at a city from the point of view of the phenomenological paradigm. The city environment represents a qualitative unity of diverse loci of city communities' ability to live. Every city is a unique system of local social orders -topos. In the article the necessary analytical procedures of the topological analysis are specified, and a number of topos as structural elements of a city life are allocated.
