Anti-dumping provisions of the RF - EC Partnership and Co-operation Agreement
The article deals with the anti-dumping provisions of the Russian Federation - European Council Partnership and Co-operation Agreement. It examines the history of the Russian economics market status question and the EC antidumping enforcement. Current problems are examined that are be solved in the new Agreement.
