Development of corporate formation in innovative economy on the basis of businessand state interaction

The major principles of innovative policy of financial companies concern stimulation of development of applied scientific researches; development of corporate scientific business schools; creation of tools for formation of steady positions in the market on the basis of innovative activity; science and education integration; development of a complete system of preparation and retraining of personnel of all levels; increase in cost of non-material actives on the basis of development of intellectual capital.
