On estimation of art education quality
In the article the problems of art education quality estimation are considered. Indicators of development of art school educational environment are allocated. The system of indicators includes the indicators of activity reflecting actions, expenses of resources to solve the problems. The indicators of results are defined. The system of indicators of the development of art school educational environment is presented. The directions of environment development are allocated: the possibility of choice, personal contents of education, a favourable microclimate, a favourable detail-spatial component, continuous increase of motivational, cognitive and technological readiness of the pedagogical staff. In each direction indicators of activity (expenses), indicators of direct results, and indicators of effect describing task solution are given. Defining indicators solves management problems of the analysis of activity of an educational institution, both its process and results. The important function of indicators of education quality is defining the vector of development, reference points and directions of progress, and ways of perfection of a cultural-educational educational institution.
