Educational projecting in higher school: student teaching project development

The article represents the anthropological characteristics of educational projecting as a means of thepersons vital activity in education and establishing education of their own. It also considers the possibilities of educational projectingfor the project competences development and the youths bringing into innovative activity. There are different forms of educationalprojecting in the educational practice today. Here belong: the study project, the educational project, projecting of the educational profile.Each form ensures different development levels of a subject position and project competences. The study project as a kind of educationalprojecting can be represented through the following characteristics. The subject, the goals and the means to achieve them aregiven to the project participants. Their influence on the statement of the project object is restricted by the given project goal. The subjectposition of a study project participant is determined as the project target performer. The project competence consists in the ability toreproduce the activity related to the creation of the given product and performing the joint activity function that ensures the productdevelopment. The educational project as an educational projecting form is characterized by the involvement of the students to state theproject object in mastering projecting techniques. Within this form the competences of project development and realization are improving.An educational position of project participants is specified as a project developer. The educational profile projecting ensures projectingmastering seen as an activity on stating and realization of the education object of ones own. In the higher school the technologyof the educational profile projecting can be used for the project development in the course of potential teachers training. We supposethat the transition from the study projects to the educational profile projecting in the higher school ensures the consecutive mastering ofproject competences levels. The individual program projecting of the student teaching allows the students to set education objects, realizetheir educational intentions and draw up some educational activity content. It corresponds to the higher level of project competence,called the project activity organizer. Thus, the educational projecting application in student teaching development program ensures theproject competence acquisition that enables to the higher professional education participants to join the innovative activity within theframework of their educational and professional targets.
