Use of pedagogical monitoring technology for realization efficiency estimation of innovative projects and programs of profile training
The article describes a topical direction of modern student teaching - use of technology of pedagogical monitoring for work witheducational innovations. Pedagogical monitoring is represented as a top humanitarian technology that allows tracing educational results,which speak about the new quality of education, and estimating the efficiency of innovations. On the materials of competitive selectionfor getting financial support of regional state and municipal educational institutions of Tomsk region introducing innovative educationalprograms (projects) in the nomination Innovative educational project of organization of profile training (of basic general and secondary(complete) general education), mechanisms of realization of innovative projects and programs of profile training are allocated andpresented. The sequence of stages of deployment of innovative projects and programs (conceptual presentation of the results ofinnovative activity; working out of diagnostic toolkit and its approbation; fixing of changes; allocation of results; discussion ofpossibility of standard fixation of innovative result of the project or the program and registration of innovative results). The presentedstages are directed at fixing of mechanisms of management of innovative projects and programs realization. Using the technology ofpedagogical monitoring 11 basic indicators for the analysis of mechanisms of realization of innovative projects and programs of profiletraining have been allocated (typology of innovations, mechanisms used for innovative projects realization, distribution of results ofinnovative projects, scientific-methodological support, examination, level of study of standard documents, readiness of financialmechanisms, participation in design groups of different level, participation in grants competitions and target programs, winners ofsubject Olympiads, winners of non-academic Olympiads). By the results of the analysis four basic groups have been allocated: openeducational institutions, partially open educational institutions, formally open educational institutions and closed educationalinstitutions. The description of all allocated groups is presented. In the final part of the article mechanisms of realization of innovativeprojects are systematized: administrative, organizational, support, psychological and diagnostic. The basic difficulties and directions ofdevelopment of innovative projects are designated.
