Analysis of network educational program results of forming entrepreneurial competences of high school students
The openness of modern societycreates the situation of complete uncertainty: on the one hand, it brings instability, on the other hand, it gives new opportunities, whichcan change a person's life if one is capable of making changes a valuable life-developing resource. Education creates conditions, whichgive a high school graduate the abilities to transform the situations of uncertainty into life-developing resources, which is based on theprinciples of society's openness. The competence approach taken as the educational paradigm allows creating competence-formingeducational programs. When a high school student creates his image of future, it assists his future success in his professional realizationand allows forming of enterprising competences. There are six stages of forming the competence. For forming enterprising competencesspecial conditions are created, in which different subjects of social life cooperate: educational authorities, entrepreneurs, governmentofficials and coordinators. The project of an integrated educational program Formation of enterprising competences of high schoolstudents was created and tested in Strezhevoy. The program consists of five modules, which correspond to the stages of competenceforming. Two analytical lines present the program results: network results and competence results, both of which give the picture ofnetwork community formation and the picture of forming of ways of influence on social environment. Competence results of learnersand network members are presented by subject, meta-subject and personal competences of learners and meta-competences of networkmembers. Competence results of both learners and program participants were researched during the program probation. Subjectcompetences: 25% of participants used the experience of creating subject projects; 38.2% demonstrated commercial thinking. Metasubjectcompetence: growing interest to business was revealed; 65.4% valued this activity. 67.8% of participants valued personalexperience of participation. 12% valued expert attitude. 28.4% demonstrated and valued the experience of cooperation. 16.5% valuedthe interaction with teachers on new basis. The analysis of this educational program shows its high efficiency: high school students areeager to participate in profession testing, to cooperate with the experts in professional spheres and are ready to continue their activities.The realization of this program has a great impact on educational efficiency of high school students and on the possibility of their futureself-actualisation.
