Dialogue as communication feature of educational network (by experience of creation of regional educational networksin Austria)
The lastdecades have seen the formation of the new communicative paradigm in the humanity including pedagogy. Its essence consists in theknowledge represented as a product of people's joint activity, the genesis of which becomes explicit in communication. In the modernworld of interdependence, with its advanced engineering tools, computer technologies, dynamic social processes, major emphasis isplaced on human relationship. Communication is considered not only as a mechanism of functioning of information distribution systemusing technical means, but also as a way of interaction in the social sphere characterized by a constructive and productive dialogue. Inthis connection, both modern Russian and international educational theory and practice show steady interest in network communication.Network communication is considered as an advanced innovative technology intensifying educational activity in a particularmunicipality or a district thus promoting their social and economic development. In this paper, we offer the state-of-the-art review ofregional educational networks in Austria to find out what possibilities for a regional education system this technology can create.
