Development of innovativeness of supplementary education in original educational program Saberfighting
This article describesthe topical questions of creation, realization and content formation of the author's original educational programs, preparing whichteachers can integrate various interests of children and teenagers. In the historical and pedagogical context creation of these programs isanalysed, and connection between these programs and corresponding experts is proved and specified. Results of the theoretical researchshow the following: the modern author's program is a reflection of the text form of theoretical and methodological foundations and thecontent of one tutor's work in certain historical and social conditions. In this paper we have compared the Soviet educational sphere andmodern education. We have also established the preconditions of integration of general and supplementary education. Interactionbetween schools and supplementary education establishments simplifies the intake of pupils for out-of-class youth associations, theirparticipation in various festivals and events. Gratuitous use of a school gym becomes possible. Such interaction between differentestablishments demands documentary registration. In this regard the author of the article has analysed the influence of standarddocuments on the development of innovative supplementary education, which helped to distinguish positive and negative consequencesof administrative regulation of the educational sphere. The youth association leader can now regard the author's program as the mostconvenient form of expression of pedagogical views. For this reason such programs became the subject of our scientific interest.Development of innovative practice of youth association "Saberfighting" of the Tomsk Palace of Children's and Youth's Creativity ischaracterized by analysing its activity and the author's program. In this association children and teenagers train in saberfighting.Saberfighting is a popular style of artistic fencing aimed at creating theatrical duels and demonstration to audience. The description ofthis association's work has demonstrated that the author's program created by the tutor can promote scientific ground, interpretation andupdating of educational content. In turn, it increased the quality of education, and professional growth of the children's collective leader.By example of the program, this article shows the value of author's programs for the development of theory and its practice ofinnovative supplementary education.
