Study of quality of education in elective education network projects

The article studies the characteristics of thequality of education in elective (profession-oriented) educational network projects. The study shows that in the implementationexperience of the elective education network projects, the model image of the content and quality of education in high school is missing,due to the current situation with interaction between high school and university. It is necessary to demonstrate the types of the electiveeducation network projects following this direction, providing a wide variety of electives and the quality of education in high school.The authors consider the aspects of elective education in the education projects network - network elective classes, network electiveschool, professional elective education organization centre, and they prove its influence on the advance in the quality of education.Network elective classes provide in-depth proficiency in the given subject, profession-oriented education, development of learningactivity skills. Network elective schools provide effective development of different subject areas (humanitarian, physics-mathematical,etc.), profession orientation in learning activities, development of competencies in educational activities. The centre of the electiveeducation network provides creation of individual educational programs, profession-oriented educational and joint activities, and skillsdevelopment in educational planning. During the study, we have identified the network interaction features, which determine changes inthe quality of education in a better way: network educational projects set a different content for education, organization of participants'interaction, construction of joint activities become special items of educational content; the network way to create elective educationdefines the demand for the superior content and quality of education (appearance of network projects means they can reflect the realquality of education in the region (shown in the formation of innovative trends in the development of the region); creation of electiveeducation network projects means unification of educational, social and professional resources of the region, which determine creationof communities and their impact on the quality of education and innovative development of the region; network projects in theprofessional education have important features such as design of educational content, which ensures quality of profession-orientededucation and efficiency of individual educational programs for high school students.
