Interaction potential of universities and schools: empirical models

The article shows that nowadays there is a qualitative change in the interaction of different levels (stages) ofthe education system. Particularly noticeably these changes are expressed in the interaction between universities and schools. The mainpoint of changes is the transition from the practice of "dictatorship", "expansion" of the higher education institutions in relation toschools, to the practice of collaborative problem solving according to the innovative development of programs, which can providesolutions to these problems. The above-mentioned model of the interaction has the potential to impact the development of innovativeeducation, which is proved by the analysis of the classical interaction between the university and school laboratories of innovativeeducation. Cooperative solution of the university and schools problems determines the creation of innovative development tools(methodologies, technologies) to improve the quality of education, the creation and use of innovative educational programs, theappearance of new scientific trends in university, related to the study of innovative education. Based on the empirical analysis of theinteraction it is concluded that it has the potential of educational anthropologisation (participation of people in the organization of theireducation); potential of humanization (formation of educational communities as subjects of management education); potential of selfeducation(creating different levels of education synergistic effects, which have a sustained impact on the quality of the educationsystem). Generalization of the empirical analysis has allowed defining the model of interaction between universities and schools that hasa significant variety of capacities. Such models as "random links", "use of each other", "absorption", "co-production and ownership","educational community". Here our problem is in spreading such patterns as "random links" and "use of each other", strengthening themodel of "absorption" (to create gymnasiums and lyceums at universities) and development of the education system of interactionmodels as "joint production and possession" and "educational community".
