Interaction of Altai State University and regional schools for school profileeducation development within education cluster

In the article the models of organization of school profile education are described. The tasks of schoolprofile work in the interaction of school and university are defined. Creating an educational cluster is a prerequisite for the developmentof profile education quality. The direction of the university activity is determined as creating conditions for rural distance learningstudents. The implementation of this direction is planned with the use of the distance learning system Moodle. The emphasis is made onthe continuity between the systems of general and higher education. The model of network relations in the pre-university training ofstudents, and some aspects of its implementation are given. The author's idea of the concept network profile educational program oftraining schoolchildren is described, as well as the algorithm of developing modules for the program. The article refers to the semanticcontent of the module. The content of e-learning requires some interpretation. The module of the network program, according to theauthors, includes: analysis of distance learning systems, enabling different options for teacher-student communication in the process ofself-study; creation of the objectives tree as a model of learning the content of network programs (objectives to be achieved by thecompletion of training); development of criteria for assessing the quality of goals achieved in training (competencies); development of aset of diagnostic tasks, including test items, individual work plan for those training by interdisciplinary, complex assignments of variouscontent and complexity level; final correction of the module content. The authors understand the text students study in the process ofdistance learning as creation of an appropriate sensory image, as getting used to a new idea, as explanation, as ability to expressknowledge in natural language, as finding a general idea, as detection and overcoming of paradox, as answer to a question, as analysis ofthe situation what would happen if …, as degree of mastery of knowledge, as interpretation, translation and simple understanding ofanother person. It is assumed that the development of a network of resource educational centres of the university, as well as qualifiedpersonnel resources, will be the main condition for organization of distance pre-university training of schoolchildren.
