Conflict text in oral and virtual everyday communication
The article discusses the specifics of the formation of the conflict text depending on the discourse type. We investigate the conflict text in the oral text and virtual everyday communication. As a result, we come to the following conclusions. 1. Formation of the conflict text is determined discursively. Its features can be detected basing on the analysis of the discursive content of the structural elements of the conflict as a system object. 2. Independence from the institutional rules defines the features of conflict text generation in everyday discourse. The values of everyday discourse, focused on extra-institutional unity and discourse participants' recognition of personal positions in mini-groups, are potentially conflictogenic. Everyday discourse prioritizes the relations of equality of interlocutors. 3. On the one hand, the real and virtual communications demonstrate expressed common nature of conflict text generating. On the other hand, virtual communication is specific, which is manifested in the following. 3.1. An important factor in this aspect is the technical mediation of virtual communication. Written fixing of conflict communication in everyday discourse virtual implementation allows each participant to repeatedly trace the course of the conflict, and have at least a little reflection on the future replica. Interface properties define the special role of citing in the process of text design of the conflict, the specificity of the emotional side of the conflict text. 3.2. The conflicts within the communities in real interpersonal communication arise mostly in the implementation of the objectives associated with the change of reality to achieve a practical result (behavioural conflict), and objectives related to the implementation of views on problems mostly generate conflicts within situational discourses (conflict of opinions). The leading type of conflicts in virtual communication is the conflict of opinions which expresses the situational nature of the discourse. 3.3. The thematic structure of conflict texts of oral everyday discourses and virtual communication is similar: their thematic orientation is in direct correlation with the object of the reflected conflict. The specificity of the thematic expression of virtual communication is that conflicts here may arise spontaneously, like in real communication, or be given by the author as a separate topic. 3.4. Generation of texts demonstrating a direct reflection of the conflict in everyday discourse is often in direct proportion to the locus and the time of their generation. Virtual communication shows no such relationship. 3.5. The role structure of conflict texts in everyday discourse enters the role structure of specific situational discourses of everyday life. In virtual communication the role structure shows some specifics related to the external situation of Internet communication. The specificity of virtual conflict text generation is determined by the lack of physical presence of communication participants. There are special discursive roles - conflicting "masks".
