Transcommunicative strengthening of the personality and possibility of its research in the context of a noetic workshop

The model of transcommunicative strengthening of eidetic creativity of the personality is considered. It allows to verify the noetic dynamics of the eidetic potential of the personality in an intensive noetic workshop. The workshop is constructed on the basis of the techniques of operating productive imagination. Sessions of the workshop include imagined travel in the spheres of mental energy and information, psychological space and time. In these spheres their qualitative specific features are revealed in distinction from the physical analogues of energy, information, space and time. Here there are greater degrees of freedom available to us which open in the processes of active imagination and develop creative possibilities of the person, and also prompt success motivation to achievements. At the same time participants have a chance to realise the blocking and initiating subpersons accompanying the process of imagination: the Critic and the Soldier, the Bore and the Curious, the Idler and the Enthusiast, the Pessimist and the Optimist. Thus, during a workshop an opportunity to accent in consciousness the initiating subpersons, helping to open the creative degrees of freedom of imagination is created. Reliable changes of semantic, eidetic and personal characteristics as a result of a short-term intensive noetic workshop were investigated. For this purpose we used the technique of semantic differential (special modification), E. Shostrom's POI questionnaire, the content analysis of the projective texts describing impressions from the eidetic travel. The received results of pilot research confirm a hypothesis of influence of a noetic workshop on the positive changes of the creative potential of imagination of the person. The results of research of dynamics of eidos of consciousness (imagination) confirm that the changed creative condition of consciousness of the person corresponding to it leads not only to dynamics of strengthening, but also to structural psycho-semantic and personal changes. Also there were reliable changes on the main scales of the POI questionnaire showing updating of important personal qualities, connected with ''Self''. These results generally confirm our hypothesis. However, the pilot research on the basis of a one-time intensive noetic workshop (3.5 hours) leaves essential the question of the degree these changes have a prolonged character. It is connected with the fact that a repeated research was conducted right after the workshop and its results could depend on the changed conditions of the examinees. It is possible to assume that the increase in number of workshops and number of diagnostic measurements in certain periods will allow to confirm a stronger hypothesis in the future that a one-time intensive eidetic immersion of participants in creative conditions of consciousness gives new experience which will not be forgotten and will have a long impact on the noetic strengthening of the person.
