Improvement of training process of acrobats with high qualification

To define a fundamental set of exercises (basic exercises) at any stage of sports career is currently central in construction and improvement of training process of sport acrobats. Timely use of basic exercises creates potential for fast training of new modern exercises and successful building of sports career. Three groups of exercises are basic representing the variety of motive actions in sports acrobatics: technical exercises, power exercises, and choreography elements. These elements are part of training and competitive compositions of acrobats. Each element has its "cost" (difficulty of the element in units), which characterises the complexity of a competitive composition influencing the competitive result. Inclusion of a complex of basic exercises in the process of training, their rational variation in creation of microcycles provides the improvement of not only the elements, but also the training process as a whole. The prevailing types of practical activities at the stage of sports improvement are special physical and technical training. Choreographic and general physical preparation is part of the training process in a lesser degree, however, their role in formation of the highest sports skill is not less important. In the course of research the week microcycle of trainings with a variation of number of the basic exercises was made. The created model defined the advanced approach to technical and physical training of acrobats and the variation of training load in groups of sports improvement. The structure of the four-hour class includes ten percent of the general physical preparation, thirty percent of special physical preparation and sixty percent of technical training from the general time of training (model load). During the adaptation of the model to check its efficiency the main emphasis was placed on technical and special physical training, because this level provides improvement of the performance technique of exercises, achievement of technical perfection and preparation of athletes for competitions of the All-Russian and international levels. The analysis of the results of special acrobats' physical readiness indicators testing speaks about high efficiency of application of the training load model and improvement of the training process of high-class acrobats.
