We wish you more success and achievements in 2015.

We wish our authors citations; our readers and researches interesting, relevant and useful published papers; our dear reviewers well written and high quality papers. We wish our Journal more readers and researchers, as well as a wider list of MetaBases with our membership.

We develop and improve each issue, expanding the scope of the published manuscripts and geographical diversity of researchers , as well as attracting new reviewers for more detailed and high-quality analysis of received papers. Today we have blind peer reviewing and 2-3 reviewers for a paper. We improve manuscript presentation and modern digital identifiers (doi).

The issues are not delayed and become immediately available both for Authors and Readers. 

Authors hold full rights on the article and can place PDF versions on any resources. 

All publications are on a non-commercial basis. 

In 2014 the Editorial Board tried to attract foreign researchers to publishing in the Journal. The English part of the articles was significantly expanded and improved: translation of all tables, figures, reference lists and well-structured full summary. All this may encourage foreign researchers to cite the articles of our Journal. 

We will continue to improve the quality of the Journal and, along with that, expect our authors to be honest and follow basic rules while writing a scientific paper (COPE), which will lead to a more rapid publication of research results and greater information exchange.
