Dear Authors of No 4(28) 2014, 

The printed version of the Journal issue was sent out to a number of leading world libraries and the subscribers. We ask you to put your publications on any scientific networks, profiles and personal archives; disseminate them to your colleagues, thus helping them keep up with the pace of modern science and possess relevant information. The Editorial Board found a way to send the team of authors one-two copy of the issue to the indicated address of the workplace (as of 29.12.2014). We wish the authors further success!

We ask you to accurately cite the Journal when you refer to your articles or these of your colleagues published here: in Russian give either full name or authorized abbreviation; when submitting to foreign or Russian international journals, use the standard name of the Journal; at the end of each manuscript give valid references both to the article and the Journal. All this will allow the Journal to move up in the rating of Scientific Journals and different MetaBases.
