Population of spiders (Aranei) of soil-surface tierof Altay region mountain valleys
The research work revealed the fauna of soil-surface spiders of different biotopes ofAltai mountain valleys. The fauna mostly depends on the plant cover and the degree ofbiotopes heat supply. 101 species of spiders of 15 families, whose habitation was connectedwith soil-surface tier, were revealed in the result of the conducted research on differentforest and meadow biotopes on the territory of selo Chemal of Altai region and thetown of Biysk. It was established that in the majority of biotopes particular complexesare formed that is why the community of faunas does not have a great degree of similarity.At the same time there are biotopes whose araneofauna has a great degree of similaritydespite their being too far away from each other
