Problems of tactical-forensic combination in terms of its classification
The article dwells on the concept and types of the tactical-forensic combination as of operational tactical-forensic tools used in pre-trial proceedings. The author reveals the essence of complex tactical-forensic means, on which basis he distinguishes tactical-forensic combination and tactical-forensic operation. The classification of tactical-forensic combination is aimed at identifying the capacity of the operational tactical-forensic means in criminal proceedings. Nowadays Russian criminalistics shows different approaches to the conceptualization of operational comprehensive tactical-forensic means. In their highest form, these approaches are manifested in the effort to distinguish between the tactical-forensic combination and the tactical-forensic operation in terms of their quality, and to recognize only one complex tactical-forensic means, defining it as a combination or an operation. There is one factor that unites those who support different positions. It is a feature that is common for both tactical-forensic operation and tactical-forensic combination. This feature is their complex nature. Moreover, their complex nature implies the continuity of ongoing cats and the ability to achieve the goal only through production of all actions that constitute the tactical complex. It is obvious that using only one feature in the discussion does not give grounds to accept any point of view on the tactical-forensic combination (tactical-forensic operation).
