Analysis of the speech of the person identified in the presentation for identification: Procedural and tactical aspects
The criminal procedural and tactical approaches to the presentation for identification on the basis of voice and speech are considered. It is noted that the most important task is to solve the problem of classifying the features of voice and speech and selecting specific criteria by which the identifier could determine the features of voice and speech of the person identified. The features of oral speech, distinguished by scientists, are analysed. A classification of voice and speech features suitable for identification is proposed; it includes: (1) features of voice: volume (power of voice), timbre (tone of voice), sound features of voice; (2) features of speech: intonation, tempo, speech pauses, speech defects, accent, dialect, features of sentence structure, emphasis on certain words; (3) personal features of speech - semantic features of speech that reflect the identity of the person identified.
