National and State Security as a Specific Object of Crime Against the Basis of the Constitutional Structure and Security of the State

The definition of national security (as well as security in general) stems from the socio-economic and other foundations of the state, its national interests and real-life security threats. The security of the state, society and the individual should be provided with measures available in many areas, necessitating the effective security mechanism that would include a large number of state (and non-state) structures. National security acts as a characteristic of a stable social system that has a national-state education, vital interests, protected from external and internal threats. National security is most often covered by such areas as economic, political, humanitarian, military, cultural, environmental and others. The ability of the state to protect the constitutional rights of a person and a citizen, values of society, fundamental state institutions as vital interests of the state is a common subject of the criminal law of Tajikistan. Since the emergence of the term "national security" at the legislative level, the concept of "state security" acquires a narrower semantic meaning and, accordingly, is used in a somewhat different substantive aspect.
