Problem issues of interaction between investigating and operational divisions of the RF Internal Affairs Agencies and Roskomnadzor

The author analyzes the procedure and legal grounds for sending requests from law enforcement agencies involved in identifying, disclosing, and investigating fraud committed using information and telecommunication technologies to Roskomnadzor to obtain information relevant to the criminal case. The author also discusses the main shortcomings and misinterpretations of the current laws governing the interaction of these bodies and proposes ways to solve the problems.
