National idea: a substantiation of the future or the justification of the present
Article is devoted to a problem of national idea as to a philosophical category. Its essence, the reasons of occurrence and evolution are considered from the point of view of creation of the most probable picture of the future for a society. It is shown on the basis of examples of formation and evolution of national idea in Spain, Germany and Poland the condition of social crisis, that more widely, all national socialculture systems the inevitable requirement of development and consideration in a society of various variants of an output from it and gives rise to definitions of the most effective at present directions. The ideological substantiation of a final choice acts further as national idea which indispensable condition is socialculture continuity. Social time of appearance in society order a new ideology - a time of instability and crisis, socio-cultural system. Therefore, the ideological tensions searches increases as we approach the crisis and depending on the results of these searches are permitted or transition to a new state with the further growth or irreversible destruction of the system. The author of the entire possible spectrum of ideas here is a national creative elite, and the factors that selects and directs the development of society in one direction or another, maybe even a single individual, consciously choosing and acting in accordance with the selected idea. According to information theory really can be situations when a weak strength information factor has a major impact on the evolution of complex nonequilibrium systems, far superior to its size and complexity of the structure, but in a state of instability. But this is a separate issue that lies outside of this work.
