Before Submitting

Rules for the design of articles

 Research articles in Russian, characterized by novelty, theoretical and practical significance, as well as reviews and documentary publications typed in the WinWord text editor and verified in the Anti-Plagiarism system are accepted for publication in the journal.

 The publishing design of articles is based on GOST R 7.0.7–2021.

At the beginning of the article, the UDC index is indicated on a separate line on the left.

The following are (each time from a new line):

1. TITLE OF THE ARTICLE (in capital letters, bold)

2. Name, Patronymic, Surname of the author/authors (in full, in bold)

3. Affiliation, city, country, e-mail (in italics)

4. Brief abstract (500 characters with spaces).

5. Keywords (from 3 to 15)

6. Acknowledgements, information about grant support.

Then paragraphs 1-3 are repeated in English. Next, an abstract of the article is given in English (2.0 – 2.5 thousand characters with spaces), keywords and acknowledgements are given in English.

The text of the article (with illustrations) is typed in Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing – one and a half; A4 page format, margins (all) – 2 cm, paragraph indentation – 0.5 cm. The page numbering is continuous, from the 1st page, at the bottom in the center.

Illustrations (photographs, drawings, tables, graphs, etc.) are additionally provided in separate files attached to the author's electronic folder (no more than 5 for one publication). Captions to illustrations in Russian and English are required. Signature example:

At the end of the article there is a list of sources in which all the sources of information used are numbered in the order of mention (not in alphabetical order!). Only one source can be specified under one number. References to the sources of information used are given in the text of the article in square brackets with an indication of the ordinal number in the List of Sources, a page or a sheet of archival file, for example [1. p. 25]; [2. L. 35]. In compiling the list, it is recommended to use a brief bibliographic description according to GOST R 7.0.100-2018. In the bibliographic description of an article or other separate publication in a journal or collection, the surname and initials of the author /authors, the full title of the article are indicated, the full name of the journal, newspaper or collection is given using a connecting element (two slashes), the place and year of publication, the number of the journal or newspaper are indicated (it is allowed to specify the date of issue of the newspaper) and page range. In the description of the monograph, it is required to indicate the surname and initials of the author(s), the full name, place and year of publication and the total number of pages. The description of the archive document gives the full and abbreviated name of the archive, the fund number, the inventory number and the case number. For example, the State Archive of the Tomsk region (GATO). F. 235. Op. 1. d. 1090. For electronic resources – the name of the cited work and the full email address, including the date of access to the electronic source.

After the text of the article, Information about the author is given, which includes:

- last name, first name, patronymic (in full);

- academic degree, academic title (if any);

- position, structural unit (department/laboratory), full name of the organization (in parentheses city, country);

- e-mail.

Further, information about the absence or presence of a conflict of interest is published. If the article contains data on the contribution of each author, then information about the absence or presence of a conflict of interest is indicated after them.

 Reviews and documentary publications are issued without an abstract, keywords and an abstract in English.

 The volume of the article, including an abstract, an abstract in English, illustrations and a list of references, for authors with an academic degree – up to 40 thousand printed characters, for authors without an academic degree – up to 20 thousand printed characters.

 The author draws up and sends two electronic documents to the journal's website:

1) the text of the article;

2) letter Submit Your Manuscript, in which the author's consent to the publication of the article and its placement on the Internet is indicated. The letter must be signed by the author and certified by the organization in which the author works or studies. In case of co-authorship, each of the authors signs and certifies a separate letter.

Files submitted to the editorial office must be named by the author's surname in Latin script (for example, Ivanov1, Ivanov2).

In addition, the author independently provides a file for "blind" review – an anonymous text of the article without specifying the full name and other personalized information. In case of non-compliance with any of the submitted requirements, the editorial board reserves the right not to consider such articles. Articles sent by e-mail are not considered.

The materials are attached to the journal's website after the author's registration. Automatic notifications about the receipt of the article and changes in its status (review result, acceptance for publication, etc.) will be sent to the email address specified during registration.
