Dialogue of cultures in dialogue of sciences (on the example of the European research process)

The article is devoted to research of a role of national cultures in development of national schools of sciences of Europe. In the context of crosscultural methodology features of formation of styles of research in various European countries are opened. Thus the emphasis is placed on such leaders of the European science as Great Britain, Germany and France. In such quality for the British science the skilled and experimental dominant acts, and traditions of theoretical thinking are considered as basic for the German science. It is shown that the aspiration to comprehension of various forms of "harmony of life" is most characteristic for the French science. Further in work research dialogue between national schools of sciences in the context of impact on informative process of the countries - the closest neighbors of the European scientific leaders is analyzed. Dialogue of national sciences in the directions of the West and East, and also North and South of Europe is considered through a prism of national traditions in research activity. Having appeared in geoscientific space of the Old World in direct boundary proximity with leaders, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium made an essential contribution to development of the European science. This influence in geoscientific aspect was shown as a direct associativity of the Dutch and German science. The Swiss science is connected with styles of scientific search of France and Germany. The Austrian researches correlate with scientific standards of Germany and Italy. The French-German influences are visible in science of Belgium. In turn, countries of Eastern Europe from positions of geoscientific interpretation of research process are as if twice participating in dialogue - both with the three of the European leaders, and with "four" of small countries of Western Europe. Thus on concrete examples the author of article shows that such dialogue not always happens as equals. Especially it concerns science of the countries of the Central and Eastern Europe. Article is finished by the section devoted to prospects of national sciences in modern Europe. The author comes to a conclusion that the vector of the modern movement of the European science to internationalization can't be considered unidirectional so far. For this reason interaction international and national still causes more questions, than answers. It is shown that for present Europe such examples of internationalization of science as collective and multinational researches in structures like CERN (The European organization for nuclear researches) are still most effective.
