The value of a knowledge in the church tradition and in the secular culture: aspects of coordination

In the issue the problems of a value of a knowledge is brought up. And first of all it means the value of science knowledge, as it is understood by modern secular culture, at one hand, and by orthodox tradition, at other hand. We pay attention upon serious contradictions in the understanding the role and the significance of rational knowledge of world, which take place between the culture based on science as a leading form of comprehension of being, at one hand, and the Christian faith, at other hand - contradictions, which go from Middle ages discussion about a truth of reason and a truth of faith. We show the examples of interaction between a religious faith and a knowledge about the world, which take place in different epochs. We propose to resolve these contradictions on the base of idea of structure-phenomenology complementarity of different ways of consciousness of being.
