Conception of creation of memorial museum of actor of theatre and cinema Andrey Panina as practice of maintenance of cultural heritage

In the article is represented the scientific concept of the realization of the project of the memorial museum of the outstanding actor of theater and cinema of Andrey Panin at the Kemerovo state university of culture and syn. The urgency of the creation of museum-complex, consists in the fact that the well-known actor of theater and cinema, the deserved artist of the Russian Federation, are the graduate of VUZ (Institute of Higher Education). Mission of museum - point of rendezvous of the creative personalities, which actively participate in the realization of educational, educational and in a cultured way - enlightening of functions. Creation of museum, public phenomenon, directed toward popularization and development of the artistic, theatrical culture of the Kuzbass, retention and the development of traditions, spiritual and creative potential of VUZ (Institute of Higher Education), the use of the accumulated by university work experience into the region of the professional training of personnel, strengthening of the image of the Kemerovo state university of culture and skills - leading university complex of West Siberia along training of specialists of the highest qualification in the sphere of culture and skill for West Siberia and Russian Federation. Purpose of museum - comprehensive idea of the creative biography of graduate Kemerovskiy the institute of culture, deserved artist RF of Andrey Panin, popular actor of theater and cinema, the use of his artistic experience in the educational and creative process, and also in the retention, the representation and the popularization of the unique talent of well-known actor - compatriot, honorable citizen of the Kuzbass. Tasks of the museum: to gather and to preserve in the museum all valuable exhibits, connected with the biography of the graduate of VUZ (Institute of Higher Education); to create contemporary museum complex with the application of new technologies; to increase the effectiveness of educational process in the educational institutions of culture and skills of Kemerovskaya province in training of professionals; to contribute to the patriotic training of the training young people based on the example the high professional level and the patriotism of actor. The purposeful audience of museum - these are students, instructors and the colleagues of VUZ (Institute of Higher Education), the training young people, inhabitants and guests g. Kemerovo and Ke-merovskaya province.
