What is a master of arts begun with?

Joining of Russia in 2003 to the European process stimulated revolutionary transformations in the field of home library-informative education. A major innovation became dividing of higher education into two levels: bachelor and master. A critical situation was folded in a master field. There is not experience of educating of master's degrees in Russia; there are not textbooks and teachers. Different training of students complicates a situation. One own library knowledge, and other do not know the problems of library business. In order to level professional preparation of audience, it is suggested to begin educating from a course «Introduction to the library-informative school». The structure of manual "Introduction to the master degree", including 10 chapters, is offered. The manual can provide also learning of students depending on the profile of employment in libraries.
