The emplementation of the principle of accessibility of information on the sites of special libraries for the blind and visually impaired
According to the Information site of libraries for the blind and visually Impaired, in Russia there are 69 libraries for people with eyesight problems. Standards and documents W3C - WAI WCAG 2.0, State Standart R 52872-2012 "Online Resources. Accessibility Requirements for visually impaired"; the recommendations of the "Information for all", "How to make site friendly to people with limited vision" and others make internet technology accessible to visually impaired. Accessibility of Internet resources for blind and visually impaired - is the ability to fully access for this people all components of electronic resources on the Internet. In a broad sense, it is the creation of an accessible environment for people with vision problems, improvement their conditions of life with the help of technical means to overcome their isolation. Sites of special libraries for the blind and visually impaired have their own characteristics: simplicity and uniform design, few graphic elements, the ability to change font sizes and font colors and background. Common mistakes of sites libraries for for people with vision problems: a small informative value, the fine print that can not be changed, denial of access to the site and register, too complicated structure, complicated registration, spam, the absence of remotely accessible resources and services, lack of activity on the site (a rare form of user interaction, no reviews, no questions, no suggestions). Useful to develop sites of libraries for the blind and visually Impaired in three directions: 1. Taking into account the information needs of the blind and visually impaired and people interacting with them. 2. Taking into account the need for interaction and socialization of the blind and visually impaired. 3. Taking into account the peculiarities of perception of different groups of visually impaired people. Also, the Information site of the Libraries for the Blind and Visually Impaired have to evolve in the direction of coordination and cooperation of resources and activities of special libraries for the blind and visually impaired.
