Metaphysics of a power

Usually power was vested by such features as of distrust, negative critical reflection, doubt and etc. But it is necessary to note, that these features was vested only for political power, what is characterized by bureaucratic organizations. On the second hand this opinion was authorized by the philosophy, what was based by institute of "arche", i. e. the philosophy as the metaphysics. This philosophy has powerful functions. An "arche" is the centre of the world as a whole and each of its regions. Therefore it dominates above the entire periphery. The abstracts of Plato, Descartes and Kant testify about this. World exists due to the truth as "arche" (Plato), cogito ergo sum (Descartes ), transcendental subject is the subjectivity, which generate the world (Kant). These abstracts evidence powerful force of philosophical arche as the first principle of the world as a whole and any object of the world. Of course, we keep in mind the classical philosophy. It is the philosophy is not "grafted herme-neutically" (P. Ricoeur) else. It is importantly to fix. Ancient Greece creative the philosophy as a metaphysics. It gave the assent to the power of philosophical truth. The metaphysics is the doctrine about first principles of the world. Consequently the problem of the metaphysics of a power is opened by a search of first principles of a power. The power does not exist as political institute only. It does not exist as a bureaucratic organization only. The power is more wide space then political space. The power is more wide space then the space of an institutional organization. Consequently it is necessary to extend the notion of a power. A power is ontological category. Our domestic philosophers and western philosophers call the specifics of human existence of "transcendence". It is anthropological characteristics as the "will to power" (Friedrich Nietzsche), "eating the world" (S.N. Bulgakov), "surplus forces " (V.V. Veresaev)," excessive force existence "(S.V. Solovyov)," ."hatred" to the world "(G. Bataille).Our domestic philosopher - C.V. Soloviova writes the next. A power is a way of human being and it is manifested by a power over property, a power over "The other" and a power over myself. A power over property is a possession, a power over "The other" is a love, a power over myself is a conscience. These questions are being developed now. Among Western philosophers could be called M. Fou-cault, L. Mortari, F.de Luise etc. Among modern domestic philosophers may be called C.V. Soloviova, V.L. Lehtier and etc.
