To the question of the spatial method in art
The author's interpretative model art space is exhibited in the article. The purpose is to reason the widespread introduction of the concept - metaphor as applied to the arts, music in particular. The author poses a two-fold task: to outline explanatory interpretation, to define a new view of the phenomenon of art and to get an idea about the type of spatial modeling in musicology. An interdisciplinary methodology allows to integrate the art criticism, spatial, coherent approaches. Theoretical study of the spatial concept of art complement the empirical analysis carried out by the example of the model author-composer. Cognitive metaphor "space" is actively involved in research tools various fields of scientific knowledge and acquires greater significance. As the results of research of reflection can be attributed, firstly, the definition of a coherent principle in the organization of spatial structures, and secondly - a description of the hierarchical "ladder". The thesis of the "refinement", "nesting" that corresponded to those or other objects of art of spatial models, the integrity of the system, called the space of art. This is the main conclusion is. Describing the phenomenon under consideration, the author comes to the assertion that the design space of art, in turn, acts as a structural unit of the space of higher dimension - pace culture.
