Reinterpretation of values of modern culture
Reinterpretation of the classical values of rationalism, humanity, liberalism is presented in the paper. After destroying classical rationality search of a new rationality predetermines the aim of rear-ticulation of old scheme. Philosophers don't say about total refuse from the classical form of rationality, but about its broadening and being supplemented. One of broadenings of rationality of reduction-ism, the aim of which is to change the simple object of analysis with multiplicity of various constructions. As a result holographic picture of the world appears hence understanding of the meaning of rationality pulls out on the new stage. Such approach argues the multiplicity of anti-reductionictic interpretations, based on the presentation of universum as complex supersystem. Pluralism of different types of rationality calls classical rationality into question and this category is being transformed into vague idealization with object area. Interpretations of rationality varies from interpretation as notion, having pseudo-objective, pseudo-methodological, pseudo-social senses towards attempts to define rationality through new opposition: rational-historical, reason-pluralism of reasons and so on. The idea of pluralism of reasons in philosophical schools "Weak Thought" is based upon the opposition: reason-pluralism of reasons, transmitted the opposition between metaphysical presence of truth and discovering the practical character of national products. From the point of view of J. Vattimo, discovering F. Nictzsche and M. Heidegger distinction, have been forgotten of philosophy, can be estimated as the weakness of metaphysical understanding of being, as understanding of being not as a stable structure, but as a chain of events. Common for both of these philosophers ontology of decline doesn't go out of the bounds of pure conceptuality, but at the same time this ontology passes into the treatment of the conditions of existence in the world of technological culture. Increasing tendency towards pluralistic interpretation of rationality in the process of construction of ontology of multiplicity of the world picks out in the recent philosophical debates. The following dilemma appeared in the process of typology of multi-rationality: 1) establishment of existing of sovereign types or rationality; 2) estimation of different types of rationality as contradictal unity. Issues on new type of humanism are concerned with critics of the negative results of scientific progress. New trends of humanism: ecological humanism, democratic humanism, academic humanism, etc. represent the tendency of refusal from anthropocentric world view. New type of humanism does not exist as ready decision of problems of human being, but rather new type of humanity represents the goal of anthropological development. Contemporary liberalism is concerned with new ideas, ideals, values. Some liberal philosophers complain for the weakness of the state which looses competency legitimacy and power, the main features of a leading agent for international affairs. The state is replaced by a complex post-international universum with diversity and mixed policy. The problems of global power and global responsibility characterize post -international universum. The tern super power sounds archaic in the global era, so this term should be actualized in the context of the concept of soft power. Theorists discuss the change in nature of contemporary power: power transforms itself into net, tends to rhizome rather than to hierarchy, it is created and supported not by violence, military power, economy, but by people working and consuming in the global economy (C. Brown, G. Baudrillard, G. Lacan, F. Guattari). The change of the main values of European culture (rationality, humanity, liberalism), rises the question about the nature of contemporary culture.
