Technological aspects of bibliographic products creation in SPSTL SB RAS

The article represents the complex of information-bibliographic resources generated by the State Public Scientific Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences to support regional researches of scholars and specialists. It consists of databases, printed current and retrospective indices of literature, union catalogues, analytic reviews. Authors show the main stage of its formation and transformation depending on changes of the surrounding information space (from "card" technology to Web-oriented IRBIS technological system); represent the technological features of creating the largest database " Scientific Sibirika", as well as additional features of its operating and viewing search results: passing on a hyperlink from a document bibliographic descriptions to its full text, ordering books by the library readers through the transition from bibliographic databases into the electronic catalog of books, searching documents at the entire array using a variety of categories (subject and geographic headings, the State rubricator of scientific-technical information, and others). They speak about the requirement to introduce modern systems of information management - EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, BibTeX, etc. The paper outlines prospects of the information bibliographic complex development: expanding a spectrum of authority data files in bibliographic databases; widening the repertoire of the Internet open access sources to generate regional information-bibliographic resources; developing of interactive forms of information service for scientists and specialists on the library' website, participating the network of the semantic web through the technology of linked data based on authority files as an predicate; improving service capabilities in the information retrieval system of the State Public Scientific-Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (extension of export formats for bibliographic records to include in information management systems aimed to form an individual scholar library; providing a document bibliographic description in a desired citation style in preparing the scientific work). Thus, creating information-bibliographic resources on Siberia and the Far East for information support of the Siberian science, the library staff permanently improve both their thematic repertoire, and the technology of their generation taking into account modern achievements of the information-communication sphere.
